Ideally an indipendent 2 bed flat conversion to be realised out of a 4 bed house bought with a co-buyer. Share of free hold + share of own garden. My deposit 140k + 100k max mortgage (want to keep it as low as possible). Not geographically bound but must be near a decent tube line + easy access to city.
