The positive stuff first: I recently asked them to do a small alteration, and this was carried out fine. The bog standard service (washing and pressing of white or blue shirts) is also ok. That's the extent of it, unfortunately.

DO NOT give them any black shirts - you will receive them back with silvery, shiny marks on cuffs and collars (this can easily be avoided, but it does take a bit of effort and they are obviously unable or unwilling to make it). Also, don't give them any shirts for pressing only, as the shirts will come back to you nearly as creased as they were before. Apparently this is a technical problem, but one wonders why they offer a "pressing only" service if they say they can't technically deliver it? Anyway. Steer clear, if you can.
