A small flat on the edge of a few blocks on the main road near to Tesco. I think the problem is that you are near to Lambeth which is grotty. Many very wealthy people live in Kennington. Including Charles Kennedy and Kenneth Clarke so it can not be all that bad. Good luck.. Ps don't move in to anything that looks in on its self. By that I mean you need to face a road not other flats in Blocks. It's great, and much nicer than elephant and castle despite the short distance. As with any city there is potential danger in most areas and dangerous people move around, but I mostly see young professionals around this area. They were all living there in 1953. My Father used to help run the Prince Regent in Doris Street. There have been a couple of shops which have recently closed down and there are number which have been boarded up for months. My land lord owns at least 3 of the boarded up shops and is looking to set up businesses in them. 1 is likely to be a new coffee shop (yes, a third one!) and one will likely be a restraunt. Not sure what his plans are for the other one.
