The staff are so unhelpful, unknowledgeable, they serve people while you are still packing your shopping, the queues are always huge... I could go on. I find them very rude, never say hello or acknowledge im there, often just carry on the coversation they are having whilst serving you. Also when the queue is long there are still lots of staff stacking shelfs instead of opening tills..... Grrrr. The 1st meeting will have to be on the 2nd Monday of October, the 12th (because I have a previous commitment on the 1st Monday.) The first meeting is just for a bit of "getting to know each other" plus we'll be choosing the books for the first few months.
