^ wanstead pilates classes I can recommend New Directions in Buckhurst Hill, lots of different classes available throughout the week and very good instructers. There are pilates for all, classes at various leisure centres - cathall in leytonstone and the like, but I have not found anything in Wanstead itself. Post reply -->London wanstead lou 10 Oct
