The plumber from AM PM was really helpful when I spoke to him on the phone and was very punctual. However, when he arrived, he kept on changing his price and kept on asking me to do other work which I didn't want. Post reply -->London walthamstow 19 Dec ^ walthamstow AM PM Plumber avoidI had the same experience with AM PM Plumbers,it appears not to be a big company(like the website) but one guy,pleasant on the phone,comes round straight away,but a complete rip off,he also changed the price he quoted me,saying it was an extra £50 for a guarantee,the leak continued after he was supposed to have fixed it & then he wouldnt come back out.  | ^ walthamstowYou MUST be joking. There is a severe lack of anything resembling nightlife in Walthamstow, save the hundreds of fried chicken shops that seem to be everywhere. However, the village area is lovely, and has some great pubs and restaurants. The Nags Head has to be one of the nicest locals in London, and ideal for your (and my) age group. But for dancing, I'm afraid it's probably a trip down to Islington for you. Any tips or information Post reply -->London walthamstow Dom 16 May ^ walthamstow Tips on cycling into LondonHi The best route is to go down Coppermill lane to the River Lea, cycle alongside the river to Lea Bridge Road, through Clapton, Dalston (Shacklewell Lane), Islngton (Essex Road) back streets behind upper street, then go Rosemary avenue and theobolds road......this brings you out at Russell Square and you are pretty much there. Whole journey takes around 40 minutes and is approx 8 miles. I've been doing it for 7 years! its fine, no real hills and the river bit in the mornings is quite nice.
