I have a studio flat in the heart of Wood Green, in fact I live above Wood Green Shopping City. I am looking to do a mutual exchange of my studio flat for a 1 or 2 bedroom flat, house, Bungalow, or Maisonette (sorry, no more studio flat exchanges). All the amenities of Wood Green are the Shopping City, Cinemas, Library, Post Office, Restruants, Parks, Several Buses, underground stations and overhead rail stations. Also two parks Alexandra Park and Ducketts Common. I am looking to move anywhere in the areas of Hackney, Haringay, Enfield, Walthamstow (Waltham Forest), Leytonstone (Waltham Forest), Islington, Paddington (Westminister), Camden Town, Muswell Hill. My flat is on the second floor, has central heating, Double glazing windows, entry phone, life, Wooden flooring, recently decorated. However, cannot have pets.
