Willesden Green HOPE Family Tree  

I recently been given a post card from a POW to an uncle. addressed to 224 Willesden Lane dated March 1943. We have no idea what he was there for ! I was brought up in the Stonebridge Park area but no-one spoke of other relatives in the region. Any and all informnation to assist in Family History will be much appreciated. mail me  Mail-me

Willesden Green Harlesden  

I am thinking of renting a room in WG. I am just worried about Harlesden which is close by and have heard bad reviews about it. I loved the rooms here and the rents are reasonable but only worried about the surroundings. Please help!

Willesden Green GREAT Salon - Willesden Green  

Today was my first visit to Fab Tan - what a great little salon - the owner was really friendly and very helpful. The whole salon is extremely clean and and light and the standup sun bed was spotlessly clean which is very important. Will definitely be back very soon! :-)

Willesden Green MOTH OBSERVATION & STUDY GROUP  

Hi,
I'm looking for fellow moth enthusiasts in the Willesden and surrounding areas to start a group with.
With the aid of traps,advancing the study and recording of the various micro- an macro-lepidoptera of this particular catchment area.
Vital ecological research as well as a great way of increasing personal knowledge of the various species,first hand.

Great if you already have a moth trap or are knowlegeable about other methods of entrapment,but not necessary, as I already have a portable Skinner.
