Mail-me Post reply -->London Tulse Hill a 3 Oct Should we remove this post ? ^ Tulse Hilli agree. have been in TH now for 3 years and it's lively but i haven't witnessed any crime. it's close enough to dulwich for something to do at the weekends and hopefully local amenities will improve. there are already some great niche shops on the high st and hillside gardens is fab. there has been a lot of improvement over the last year, so it can only get better! Post reply -->London Tulse Hill PT 3 Oct Should we remove this post ? Tulse Hill Development on Norwood RoadApart from there being a new doctor's surgery, does anyone know what else will be going into the big new development? And will a big supermarket ever come?? Post reply -->London Tulse Hill PT 8 Sep Should we remove this post ? ^ Tulse Hill rumours of an all bar one...but that's probably nonsense otherwise they would have plastered the fact all over it... not sure why a big supermarket would move in given the competition... Post reply -->London Tulse Hill Bob 20 Sep Should we remove this post ? ^ Tulse Hilli wouldn't say the supermarkets we have would be any competition for a sainsburys or tesco (or, if there is a god, waitrose). and there were rumours of tesco taking over the b&q site, which fizzled out. we need some catalyst to bring tulse hill up. ^ Tulse Hill New Building near Tulse Hill StationI was told by a local Estate Agent that the building will house flats, an All Bar One & a Tesco Metro.... Post reply -->London Tulse Hill Andrea 6 Oct Should we remove this post ? ^ Tulse Hill told by a local estate agentMight be worth pointing out estate agents are not exactly renowned for giving reliable information... All I have managed to figure out is that its next to impossible to find someone willing and who doesnt end up charging £1000 - which is odd since the doors would retail at £200 odd and fitting cant be more than a few hours. I also live on Lanercost Road and it's lovely now. Post reply -->London Tulse Hill PT 29 Aug Should we remove this post ? Tulse Hill Tulse HillWe have recently moved to Lanercost Rd and just love the area, so if your thinking about moving here - go ahead: large houses, wide tree lined streets, some lovely views and even though you have the south circular nearby the air just seems better. For green space you have Brockwell Park, Hillside Gardens, Norwood cemetary & Dulwich Park, for nightlife there is the Railway in Tusle Hill and bars of Brixton, Herne Hill, Clapham & East Dulwich wich are all 5 minutes away. We found a great doctor in Deerbrook Road and can buy fresh organic food and seafood in Norwood High Street. On the bad side: I havent found a good primary school yet - so welcome any suggestions? And the high street is basically just a junction for the south circular but that isnt a true reflection of the people who live here. Oh and by the way - I read that they are building shops and accomodation at the new development on Norwood High Street but the lack of advertising the fact means that it can only be ugly.
