When i viewed the property before moving into it i was told that Lambeth Council was going to upgrade the building that i reside in the year i moved in..regrettable to say that i have been fighting for major repairs for the last 7 years and no joy.I and my son have lived in hell in these past 7 years and now that i have had to give up work due to health reasons i am still fighting for repairs to be rectified..the building is falling down and my windows are falling out. STREATHAM i hate.. to much traffic,noise.all hours of the morning and rubbish left in streets,no wheelie bins..just a disgrace? So you need never be at a loss for a quick shag. Oh, and more fun... spend the day sitting in Casultly, after slipping on one of the hundreds of discarded used condoms that litter the area. I think that the area has great potential hence all of the young professional types snapping up the houses and flats in the area. The area is in desperate need of some regeneration...although I fear that it will be another Tesco/Leisure Centre fiasco...we are still waiting after 8 years for this to be built so I'm not getting my hopes up....probably be 2015 before they start building....
