I think that the area has great potential hence all of the young professional types snapping up the houses and flats in the area. The area is in desperate need of some regeneration...although I fear that it will be another Tesco/Leisure Centre fiasco...we are still waiting after 8 years for this to be built so I'm not getting my hopes up....probably be 2015 before they start building.... Yes, there are some good bars around now however people like to have a dance and party on sometimes and it would be good to have somewhere nice to go. All is good apart from the fact that you have to go through a (code entry) gate at the top of pendennis rd and then a sort of courtyard (not open to the public but not massively secure either) to get to the door of the block as it can't be accessed from the high rd. Would really apprecitae views on this in terms of security in that particular area - thanks so much.
