I live in a big house on Tredegar Square with just 2 other people. It costs each of us £54 a month, but then again we get the park out the front, a quiet and safe feeling neighbourhood, visable police - even on horseback - that come quickly when they're called etc etc. Comparative to other areas of London I think its a good deal, as its so close to everything.... Mile End stadium has cheaper gym. There are usually
classes such as kick boxing too. People play football,
netball, tennis, cycling, etc in Mile End park.
