The groups of people in the early eves are chatty and easygoing. Good pubs, especially the Skiddaw. Neighbours know each other. Good mix of long term and new people. Small pretty parks for children to play in. Excellent fish and chip shop on Maryland Rd at the Harrow Rd intersection. However, it does depend on what time you leave. I catch the train at 8am, and there is always a seat. Now, there's a rough end and a posh end. However, the rough end isn't rough at all (except for a shooting now and again!) I'm a single female living in the area for the past year, and I've never had any problems. It is a little rough, but this is in the South Kilburn estate, going towards Queens Park.
