The inhabitants tend to stick to the estate, and the few that do stray further tend to be occasionally a bit loud but pretty harmless. There was one fight about 6 months ago that prompted police yellow boards but I think it tends to be more chav-on-chav action. My closest neighbours are very kind, a mix of elderly and young families. Very quiet and peaceful area. I've never experienced any violence or felt threaten as a mid-40s woman living alone.
