There are 2 of us, and we need good space for storage/shelving to accomodate fabrics and files , so a bit more space than than just 2 desk spaces ! We need either our own space 250-500sqft, or half of an office share. There is a little lebanese man with a tiny shop in the Kensal Rise bus turning area - or failing all of that pick up a selection from Sainsburys! As for being as dangerous as Westbourne Grove - well WG is one of the richest areas in London so that amazes me! I love that whole area - if I could afford to live in Westbourne Grove I would. But Kensal Rise is right next to Queens Park which is a very lovely family oriented area. And close to transport links but just a little further from a tube. This will become a mini estate, and will encourage yet more crime in the area, it will be a haven for drug dealing, car crime, loitering, muggings etc.. We don't need an estate of this size in Kensal Green - there are enough people in this small area, without the need for another 125 flats!
