The teachers are excellent, very well trained for years before they teach. Wood floors, high ceilings, it's a treat to be in the building near the park. Remedial classes available too. Beginners, intermediate and advanced classes available all day everyday from 6 am - 8pm. I think the classes are around £11 . A bit pricey, but the teaching standard is very high. Unfortunately I have to move out, so I need to find someone interested in renting my room till September 2009. It is a double bedroom, very large size and nicely decorated. The weekly price is 168£ (monthly 756£). All bills are excluded. (internet, electricity, BT, TV license,water and gas). The ideal person would be someone aged 18-26, who either studies or works in London. Kensal Green tube station is 2 mins away. Overground station Kensal Rise 7 mins away, while a bus stop (route 18) is right off the corner. Easy access to Queens Park, Nottinghill Gate and Ladbroke Grove areas. The house is pretty big in size, having two bathrooms, a large kitchen and a living room area, as well as a private garden area. This area is on the up and up and the credit crunch will just touch the sides. I have bought a house here 3 months ago (yes last buyer in the market) and i must say i love the area. Moving from West Hampstead i was pleasantly surprised with the local gastrobubs, victorian houses and tree lined streets. The lexi cinema has just opened up, a not for profit arthouse cinema. There are very good office spaces available at the top of the building. Many writers and small businesses are there last time I checked, so you would be in good working company.
