It starts at 10am but get there alot earlier as it gets busy. It's quite easy to find. There's another one @ Nuthill Fruit Farm, A3 southbound. 3 miles from Guildford, Surrey. I find that the one's out of London are the best.... there's more choice. The key risks are the price you pay for the land and the chance of it obtaining zoning or planning approval. Many of these schemes are hugely inflating the price of the land they sell. There are companys in Asia offering English green belt land which is marked up over 30 times on true current value. This land has close to zero chance of obtaining planning permission. Unplanned land does accumulate in value, typically in line with inflation, but if you pay 15 to 50 times what the land is worth today you will never get your money back if the land does not obtain planning approval. (search for UKLI on the web). 5,000 plotholders will lose most or all of their money. UKLI was a UK company which has been shut down by the Financial Services Authority after investigation. For what it was worth that company operated under UK regulations and laws so at least the Plot holders have the option to make a claim under UK law. Even so plot owners will probably get less than 5% of their money back. Concorde Village is not being sold by a UK company. FSA auditing, regulation and monitoring will not apply in any dispute. I dont know how things work in your Country. How will you get your money back if things go wrong? You are a long way from Heathrow and nobody here in England is buying those plots. They operate out of Asia, the land is in the UK and you are in Canada so your lawyer will need air miles if they don't deliver what they promise. Will you get your money back ? The land is greenbelt and Boris Johnson has committed to protecting the Green Belt in his London Plan. Unlike many Land Banking sites it is not even useful for agricultural purposes but it still has to be maintained. Only cost not value there in my assessment.
