Hounslow Looking for some help with my Garden  

My garden lawn needs a bit of TLC. As I do not know much about gardening I am looking for some outside help to cut the overgrown lawn and remove weeds in order to possibly have a nice lawn for the summer.

Hounslow Exit strategy Concorde Village  

The question with every investment should always be what is your exit stategy in the event of less than favourable outcome. In this case that is no planning permission which seems likely from the above.

If there is no exit strategy then its a gamble not an investment. For a gamble you you should alwaysbe able to predict the odds. If you cant predict the odds then its probably not where you want to put your money.

UKLI owners have this problem where they do own the land but seem to have no way to get money back.

Hounslow Concord Village Hounslow = Lower Feltham Lakes  

The old gravel pits at Chertsey Road Feltham which are being offered by land banking company Profitable Group in Asia as Concorde Village Hounslow have been renamed to Lower Feltham Lakes according to this weeks Hounslow Chronicle. It is still greenbelt and nature conservancy land and there is still there is virtually no chance of any sort of residential development being acceptable there. Check with the Hounslow planning department if you need more information.
