I've a rhubarb patch, a new bed of Asparagus that wont be ready this year, 4 fruit trees, three artichokes. Hoping to get some rasberry bushes and a herb garden going. I've lived in Kingston all my life and whilst I like it as it's quiet, clean and has a good town centre, I feel cut off from city life and when I get a new job in the new year I was thinking about moving more Central. As I know some people who live in East London, I was thinking about a move to Hackney but to be honest I'm a bit put off after hearing various horror stories about the place. They deal in old film tapes, projectors and analogue equipment....it's highly likely that they can to the necessary conversion for you, why not start with them? Ideally, we'd meet once a month and the club's members would choose books to read. Personally, I'm open to all sorts of books, but I guess the type of books might be something to be decided if we can reach critical mass. The number of members is a tricky one.
