Post or Ask something here in 'Hackney' Hackney ALTINOVA FC 1980.Does anyone know the origin of the ALTINOVA FC 1980 sign that is on one of the terraced houses near the junction of Well St and Mare St? I presume ALTINOVA FC were/are a local football team...was the building their clubhouse?...I'm intrigued. Already tried the archives of the Hackney Gazette and Hackney Library's but that turned up nothing. Need someone with a good local knowledge. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
