Last time I was there I saw a gang of about 10 teenagers outside a shop on Stanstead Rd and I got all nervous. I realise Marler Rd is closer to Catford which is less nice. I do really like the area in general but I'm worried if I feel unsafe I'll regret buying the house. I currently live in Islington which isn't without its problems - oh no - but it feels much busier and a slightly more cosmopolitan crowd. Having said that I can't afford to live there!
