And then, they most likey cannot, as they claim to deal with Welfare Benefits, yet, not one of the staff there are Qualifield or Trained in Welfare Benefit Law. And know nothing about DHS rules or regulations As I found out to day! They are useless, as the information they told me, I all ready knew about it!
