Tuesday 10.30am and Thursday 2pm. There will be taught traditional Hatha Yoga to open up for our breathing, stretch our muscles and internal organs and we'll finish off with a nice deep relaxation. I am trying to locate a healer I visited about ten years ago. He was the best I have ever seen and I have not needed a healer since, however I need to see him again but have lost his details. He was so good, that when I called to make an appointment he said 'I have been waiting for your call' and then proceeded to tell me the reason why I needed healing. I remember he lived in Cricklewood North London, he was of Middle Eastern origin (I think) and was married to an Irish lady, I think his name was Hassan, or Assan or maybe even Hussein. If I was a girl I wouldn't feel completely at ease walking home late at night.
