Place is worth the investment for first time buyers and professional.
Good Points: Very easily commutable from Central London (about 30 mins to Bank by DLR and 1hr 10 by Night Bus from Trafalgur Square). Many professionals have moved in around Cyprus and Gallians Reach DLR stations.
Not so good points: The area lacks a decent Fish n Chips Shop and a pub + a Video Rental. It is not as clean as Central London but you dont expect it to be any way. The sewage farm does smell at night even though I am told it is far far away East to Beckton.
Over all its ia good place to live in your early professional life.
