House already have 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and huge garden( bigger than houses next to me as their gardens much smaller). Not knowing the area, would someone give me advice or have done extension. Would it worth it? not that I need it myself as I am on my own but i rather have somewhere smaller in near future and either rent this or sell it. ALso our allotments are vandalised and fired regualrly. However like anywher you live some parts of a street are calm and quiet and the other end can be a nightmare. I dont live hter and just visit to do the allotment but most times its really quiet but the that is daytime.
