If you contact your local EVS office in Romania, they should be able to help you find and apply for a volunteer place in London (go to http://www.youthnetworks.eu/VolunApply.aspx to find contact details for all the EVS organisations in Romania). With EVS, your food, housing and some spending money is paid for. Normally organisations will not pay for your housing if you volunteer with them, though! So EVS is a really good opportunity.
