Posted by Sue Sept 25: Free Offers/Swaps/Recycle/Services/Experience Exchange forum would be great!.. for those who have something they don't need anymore but don't wish to throw away and waste (always someone in need) - FREE - or who have something they no longer need but do need something else, but maybe cannot afford to buy it, so could SWAP for. Recycling, saving money and less strain on land fill sites ;oP etc. 'One mans junk is another mans treasure' kinda thing LOL and also saves the pennies ;o)

Swap Exchange or Free any cheap flat in lyon ?  

hi,

we are a couple , I am french my partner is english, we would like to move in lyon in march, but we have no place to stay while looking for a flat to rent.
hotel and short stay appart are soooooo expensive ,we can't afford it. The best for us would be to rent a place for a month or so, but not through an agency ,or to share a flat , if anyone is going on hollyday or has a big place please let us know, it would be just for few weeks

Swap Exchange or Free My Paris for your London, Monday-Thursday, every week of the year  

Hello,

I work in London from Monday to Thursday but live in Paris, and I am looking for a flat swap for these 3 nights a week (Monday, Tuesday, Wed). If you are working in Paris and living in London, why not exchange our flats, so that wa avoid living in hotels?
Mine is a very nice 40 m square flat 1 minute walk from the tube Ecole Militaire, in a renowned pedestrian street of 7ème arrondissement. It's 20 min to the Eurostar at Gare du Nord.
I work nearby Russell Square and therefore look for a central location in London.
This would be an exchange from now (October 2009) till at least June 2010.

Swap Exchange or Free Donations needed for sale in market - all proceeds for charity  

We are taking part in a charity day where we will be running a stall in Spitalfields Market on Friday October 9th. All proceeds will be donated to the charity Centrepoint who work with young homeless people in London.

We are asking local businesses, artists and designers to donate any of their work which they can spare to be sold on our stall. The kinds of things we are looking for are art, clothing, accessories, jewellery, photography & crafts. We intend to distribute leaflets around the stall and will include the names of those who have contributed in an attempt to show our appreciation and also to champion the work of the artists and designers themselves.

So if you have any pieces you can donate to this worthy cause please get in touch and if not please come down on the day to show your support! Thanks
