Housesitter (a few hours) - occasional work

Hi, I have a small property portfolio I manage and I am looking for someone who can house sit when i need to book an engineer/workman.

I thought a retired person would probably be most suited as it is not frequent and I trust they would be reliable. This is not something i have done before and someone advised me to get someone who is CRB checked. So this is my requirement.

Also if this is not the right forum I would be most grateful for ideas of where i can find someone.

Details:
Normally in E14 8HS, E16 2DG, E16 4NG, NW3 4TU and else where in London

It is not a regular job by all means- if for example the boiler or cooker in one of the properties doesn't work and i need to book an engineer - normally 8-1 or 12-6, if i cant get a 2 hour slot, then i would like to call you, book the slot in then you go to the house to wait on the day.

Many Thanks
Rebecca
