Share of free hold + share of own garden. My deposit 140k + 100k max mortgage (want to keep it as low as possible). Not geographically bound but must be near a decent tube line + easy access to city. At present looking in N22, Wood Green/Bounds Green etc - example for the area = 2 bed conversion starts from 270K - 4 bed house starts from 340k. No time wasters - down to earth, easy going but extremely serious about this.
