Flatseeking Groups Looking to buddy up in Flat share move date 21 Nov

hello all

My friend and I are leaving our flat in North London on 21st November and are looking to get involved in a flat share. Preference on south-east London but we are open to suggestion. We are both 26 years old and full time working professionals. Tom is working in communications and myself, Harry, am working as an administrator. We both play in a band together and are regularly playing gigs around London, so we will be out and about on the weekends. Looking to get in with some social characters that like a good balance between work and play. Please do get in touch if you want to get involved

Preference on price - £550-600 a month each
Move date 21st November

Flatseeking Groups Nice new flatmate wanted by music & travel loving prof., early 30s

Hi,
I need to move fairly soon (ideally beginning of December) & want to start a new flatshare with one other person in Kentish town, Tufnell Park, Archway or Highgate.

I'm female, in my early 30s, love Music, going to gigs, traveling, keeping busy with the many things London has to offer! I work full time quite standard hours Mon-Fri, non smoker, no pets & easygoing. Sociable but also need my own space & time for myself.
I like a clean place, but not in an obsessive way.

Ideal flat: My budget is up to £700 pcm plus bills. Location Kentish Town, Tufnell Park, Highgate or surroundings, some outside space, not on a noisy road & fairly spacious rooms.

Please get in touch if this sounds good to you!  Mail-me

Flatseeking Groups Flat available_Seeking Flatmates

Hi all,

I am a UCL student and need to move very soon. I've come across a spacious and newly refurbished flat for four on two levels and I am looking for 3 others who would be interested in sharing it. It's a brilliant space. There are 4 bedrooms, one of which is a bedroom/lounge, very large so rent would need to be split accordingly. The kitchen is large enough for a couch, dining table and entertainment area. The rent is £1800 pcm with bills on top.

The flat is located next to Finsbury Park on Green Lanes and just down the road from Manor House (easy access to Piccadilly or Victoria line from Finsbury Park). Also there are some UCL students living in the downstairs flat so we are thinking this could be a cool opportunity to live in an art/student house!

If anyone is interested or knows someone looking for a flat, give me a shout at  Mail-me .

All the best,

Jackie

Flatseeking Groups Couple looking for housemate(s) in W. Hampstead Area

We are a couple seeking a house in the West Hampstead area . Have already found three spectacular places with yards, with private bathroom for each bedroom, spacious living rooms and with easy access to TFL. The houses we are looking at will £600-750 a month (some of the rooms are suitable for couples too, some are not). We are animal friendly (but some of the houses may not be).

We are both incredibly hard working and want our house to be a place we can feel comfortable whenever we are off! Please email  Mail-me  if you are interested for meeting up for a coffee!

Flatseeking Groups Irish Female (30) looking for room

Hi,

I'm 30 and recently moved to London from Ireland. I work Monday to Friday as an IT consultant.

I'm looking for a clean and modern room in a house /flat with a homely feel to return to after a long day at work. I'm pretty busy with work during the week but would love to get together with housemates for occasional drink / food at the weekends.

I have been sharing in Ireland for the last 10 years so am no stranger to it. I know how to clean up after myself and previous housemates have said that I'm easy to live with.

I would be interested in hearing about rooms around St Johns Wood, Swiss Cottage, Chalk Farm, Hampstead, Belsize Park, Angel and would also consider Clapham.

I look forward to hearing from you, Olivia.
