However she only knows the very basics so if she accidently clicks onto something that changes what she’s supposed to be seeing on her screen, she has no idea how to reverse what she’s done, and doesn’t know anyone with enough knowledge to help her out. Basically she needs help with basic stuff, something like a Helpdesk for beginners. Are there any students or anyone at all for that matter who’d be interested in taking her calls, or possibly even go over (to Wimbledon) to help her on occasion? The rates shouldn’t be too high as she’s a pensioner although we don’t expect anything for free.
