We are a mixed group, with a female bias. We meet once a month on a Sunday evening in a pub in North London (from Kilburn to Kentish Town). We read a wide range from classics to modern fiction. Our next meeting is Sunday 2nd June at the Old Black Lion in Kilburn at 7pm and we're reading: The Siege of Krishnapur by J. G. Book Clubs Hampstead North London Book Club next meetingWe are a friendly, long standing book club that meets the first Tuesday of every month at 7pm at the Flask in Hampstead. There are normally between 8 and 12 of us that meet up. We are a mix of men and women, all ages and our book choices are very varied! We have discussed classics such as Charles Dickens "Tale of Two Cities" and modern fiction including "The Time Travelers Wife" by Audrey Niffenegger. The book club next month's theme is horror so we have chosen "The Langoliers" from "Quarter past Midnight" by Stephen King.
