It is a superb creative workspace. I love it, and have been there 6 years. There are several 125sq foot (12sq m) areas in an open plan studio located in a top floor warehouse. Sharing with me (a filmmaker) and some artists. There is Wi-fi, full alarm, no bills, shared kitchen facilities, and it is located less than 1 min walk from Bethnal Green tube station. Rent includes access to a HUGE meeting /sofa area which can also be booked (for free) to be used for shoots / rehearsals and a 5000 sq ft roof with City view.
